Stainless steel stirrer tank for glazes “Sirio” model. Stainless steel stirrer tank assembled on a 4 wheels trolley with centrai support far connection motor pump. STAINLESS STEEL STIRRER TANK “MASTER” MODEL

with double motorization for heavy glazes

Stainless steel stirrer tank “Master” model with double motorization for heavy glazes. Stainless steel stirrer tank for particularly heavy glazes with viscosity lower than 30 sec. (suitable for engobes/ glazes for bells). The tank is assembled on 4 wheels and is supplied complete with a couple of motors for the stirring and the delivery pump. The 1,5kw motor is used for the rotation of the anti-abrasive rubber coated pump, installed on the lower part of the tank. The second 0,37Kw motor c/with reducer with output turns 20 (22 to 60Hz) keeps the glaze stirred, even when the pump is stopped. On the side of the tank is assembled a stainless steel tube connected with the inside of the main tank for the eventual sieve housing. Total power installed 1,9Kw. Stirrer/pump model (H.V.) For bells/threaders with high viscosity glazes Stainless steel stirrer tank for particularly thick glazes (suitable for engobes/glazes for bells) on the cross-girder is installed a couple of motors for the stirring and the feeding of the pump. The 2,2Kw. Motor is meant for the rotation of the pump, covered with anti-abrasive rubber and installed in the lower part of the stirrer. The second motor (of 0,37Kw.) With a reducer with output revolutions 20 (22 to 60Hz.) Is needed to keep the glaze in stirring, even with stopped pump.
