It is a quality control system on the green material. It guarantees a constant and uniform control of the defects in the time. It allows to avoid the working and the firing of defective material. It can be installed after the digital printing or at the entry of the kiln detecting thus the following defects:
- Defective corners and edges
- Breaks and ruptures
- Drops, scratches, holes
- Lack or excess pf glaze
- Printing defects, lines and « banding »
